Courts take a lot of different things into consideration when deciding on a case Woody, and without reading the files, I'd be inclined to back mtc's claim to the tenements and would think a settlement is likely. I have no confidence that our current BoD could negotiate it however, their failing to disclose any of this to the ASX and allowing the shareprice to fall so low, with the coffers so bare that we are a blink away from trading while insolvent is to me an indication of the contempt they often display for others. This is something I have personally felt on many other occasions too.
