    Sounds like a reasonable scenario rick.I agree this whole thing is a mess that needs to be cleaned up fast. All of this is not really hard to clean up................

    On another note, I would be interest to see if the plaintiff is claiming that the area in dispute is worth $1B or is it for the whole tenancy.....
