So would I Khane, if it's just the claims under dispute, which is likely in my opinion, then Cancet as a whole is certainly worth more provided we drill new discoveries of additional deposits, something we can't do at the moment because we can't really raise capital at this share price, likely owing to this legal action.
The legal action needs a resolution and a small shareholding of the overall company would likely be attractive to the plaintiffs in my opinion. We need to get the drills turning asap, we already missed one drilling season there and this year's just began. Who can we nominate to the Board of Directors at a General Meeting if we succesfully spill the Board?
