    I just read the defendants submission to the Vancouver court and have a question relating to the tax rebates for exploration at Cancet. If the claims (tenements) where the work was carried our were not fully registered in our company's name, would the Quebec Government pay us a rebate for exploration we conducted on them at that time? Secondly, if an injunction were placed on the transfer of those claims would that also hold up any of these refund monies being paid to the company?
