Hi Magix.

Lets say you wanted a piece of MNM, say 50 %?
You would do some due diligence to look at their assets, projects, expenses?

Lets say MNM has a value of 7.5 million? todays Market Cap?

Lets say you wanted to buy 50 % of MNM. ( IBML is planning on buying 55% but its easier for some to comprehend if I used 50/50)

So.....Lets say MNM the company was a farm valued at 7.5 million. Would you think/expect half of the farm is worth 7.5/2 = 3.75 Million?????

Lets say IK asked you to pay 16.5 million and bring across some of your assets in order to get a 55% of MNM????

What would you say? Are you kidding me, MNM is only worth 7.5 million?

So after looking at some numbers do you now realize that IBML is paying a HUGE premium for their 55% share based on current Market Cap?
