The market is over reacting to Yellen. The FED was always going to try and continue its zero interest rate policy and fold on tightening the moment any bad figures came in.
The situation in Japan is starting to deteriorate rapidly.
The situation in China is starting to obtain more focus now and the scale of the impending crisis that the Chinese are trying to engineer a soft landing is absolutely awesome. liabilities in the Shadow banking system are many times what was first estimated, this will be a slow destruction, think unstoppable moving glacier, does not bode well for the Australian economy.
