When push comes to shove what worried
people lack and want is cash - not gold.
To make a profit from gold you have to have
bought it cheaper than its price today and
you have to sell part of your asset stash.
With land-based assets, you get an income that
enables you to buy more properties the income
from which enables my wife and I to live well
and buy more properties. How well do we live?
