    I'm wondering if 100% of the terms of the joint venture have been released to the ASX? (How often is the legal fine print of joint ventures and other agreements released to the ASX?)

    For example, are there any terms that prohibit Gold Fields increasing their stake in CQT without prior permission of CQT?
