There is certainly no guarantee that Gold Fields are planning a move on CDV, but if they are then selling their 10% stake in GOR is exactly what we should expect. In this US$1500 gold environment the only reason to be paying down debt from assets sales is because you are about to spend a whole lot of money on new acquisitions.
