what a lemon! AMX sold for $40.9M? Another gold explorer sold for peanuts.
I really feel for all shareholders...really bad investment. I cut my losses on this one earlier at around $0.30 (far from been happy about it!)
There were so many interesting discussions back then... for me it was clear that management just wanted an offer and that they never planed to build the processing plant themselves.
unfortunately they got stuck with poor exploration results and the offer came a bit to late.
Another poor investment in the gold arena. The question is sell or accept the Canadian shares and see how it goes?
