4sighttrder, Perhaps the M45/1307 transfer from KAI to PLS license has been approved and/or the parties have reached agreement on mining rights for all the tenements. The last quarterly report said KAI had received a draft proposal from.PLS. If the agreements are reached that would be a big deal as KAI would get $10 million in cash or PLS shares.
