Things are going slowly with the property dev.

We have now been asked by the local council if we would be interested in having it zoned as low density residential. (duurr lol !!)

It has only taken 5 years to get to this point.

There was a property up here sold recently where the buyers are going to build a golf course with accommodation/golf villas.

The state C14 planning has slowed things up for us..hopefully we will get approval in the next few months.

I am glad we are not in any hurry. It is kinda like a super fund for us.
