Agree with your take on POG and Gold specs. It seems a little like POO and the oil specs. There seems to be no obvious link / reaction between SP and the respective commodity price.

Increasing commodity price does improve the sentiment and eventual profitability, but operating costs have not been static and the credit black hole has becalmed the herd.

I have in excess of 6 figures in GOLD via part of a superfund and while it has been some comfort to see it behave as a counter balance, it has not set the world on fire as we hoped.

This current wave of US$ trouble may be the big trigger, or perhaps some of your ancient methods like random beheadings or flaying alive will get the herd moving.

Would be good to see POG really get going after several false starts.
