I understand now. This sale was announced back on 19 September. Meterioc purchased the NA and Juruena tenements from BRG and issued 50m Meteoric shares as part of the purchase price on 31 May. BRG later disposed of them at 5.5c each. This is a summary of BRG's Announcement back then ..........

Big River Gold entered into an agreement to dispose of 50.00m shares it holds in Meteoric Resources (Meteoric) for $0.055 per share which will raise $2.75m (before transaction costs). The shares were issued to Company as part consideration for the sale of the Juruena and Novo Astro Projects to Meteoric. The MEI shares were subject to a discretionary 12-month escrow period however, the escrow has been lifted by Meteoric. The Company will retain exposure to Meteoric via a further $1.5m in MEI scrip which is payable to Big River subject to various milestones.
