VERY IMPORTANT. Read this before you get carried away by the gold bull HC crowd. Firstly, gold has fallen over $20 in our currency quite quickly. It is now only around $550. Nothing to cheers about. Secondly, the technicals for gold are terrible. Gold formed a double top at $430, fell to $370 and recovered to just over $400. Now gold's on the way down again. You know - lower highs and lower lows are what makes a bear market. Gold could be headed back to $340. Thirdly, everyone seems to assume that if the US dollar falls, then gold rises. That is NOT CORRECT. Gold can fall even when the US dollar is falling. That means it falls even further against other currencies like our dollar. Don't say you haven't been warned.
