ADM is spinning off all its exploration assets into Blina Diamonds, which will be floated in due course. ADM shareholders will have entitlement to purchase Blina shares 1:1 at 25c and get free attaching options and 2000 ordinary shares into the bargain. Blina will concentrate on the Ellendale field in the Kimberleys.
ADM will become an industrial stock concentrating on its engineering business, which is profitable.
