I half agree Redimoney.
No one knows what will be recovered from cct with any certainty so the market probably will wait for news before pricing that in.
However with the POG and producers showing strength, that alone is enough to push the sp up out of the last months trading range any day now.
Add in the approaching ML grant which is beyond any reasonable doubt and I would expects buyers to continue to buy ahead of that rather than wait for it to be announced. Increasing buying ahead of that news should add to the pressure to pop this through the top of this trading range. We have already started spiking above it a couple of times at 3.1. A 3.1 close will turn the chart more bullish than it already appears.
