I thought you lot across the ditch had some backbone and a bit of fight in ya....
When I lived in Perth in the mid 80's, the Govt wanted to bring in an ID card and I can remember large marches in every State capital against it. The people won then because the Govt backed down and I believe there is still no ID card today.
