The banks need think interest rates, as they do with venues setting poker machine winnings.
They can either set many win smaller payouts, or fewer win larger payouts.
We are now set with in fewer (banks) set with larger payouts (gains from masses)
But reset lower inflation & with MORE wins/gains to masses with lower payouts but even MORE collateral gain farmed by banksters=
But as if banksters have any brain?? as GREED took them in wrong direction as they followed the thicker money trail and not better=
