From what I've read and from talking to someone who is well versed in the Middle East, ISIS attacked those people. Israel wants Syria in turmoil, so the US does their bidding. Syria wouldn't attack their own people like that. All those voters in the US who voted for Trump thinking they would avoid the wars they assumed Hillary would start just got a reality check.
