    Debt facility if needed would be used first.

    What management team would do a Capital raising in this environment when they had an alternative, certainly not these guys.

    Also shorters arean't stupid, share price is reaching levels where the upside for them is limited.

    Question. Has this stock more downside or upside to it? I personally think the answer is clear.
