I'm not saying anything was untoward but put it this way I promptly signed my form voting yes and sent it in after I saw that announcement .... we're getting .07 of a share for each CRC share of a company with better prospects than we were two days ago ....
and today the announcement highlighting UML's investor's presentation in London makes the whole thing look like a fait accompli.
Its great timing for any good news story for UML - You would gain nothing by voting against the merger
