re: has the fat lady lost her voice? The time scales he quotes are what made me lose interest in what he was saying. He was saying next five years or so, not realistic in my view.

I do agree that change is on the way, always has been, always will be.

I am confident that people who are reasonably bright and prepared to work will still do well whatever circumstances we find ourselves in.

The thing about roofs over heads is that they are a basic need. Land in the right places should always be a safe bet.

Near water (especially if it can be used for transport like rivers and oceans) is always a safe bet.
