Few loyal share holders already communicated to KOR and copy and paste the key points of my post and sent email to AK (Andrej Karpinski). The delay is due to ASIC to grant the relief for not having the prospectus before the EGM. The prospectus will be prepared once the share holders approved the free distribution of shares and road shows to institutions have taken place. KOR is familiar with the procedure and process as they have done one for Uranium Australia (UAU). After missing the uranium boom few years back by 3 months to float the UAU, hopefully, AK does not miss the gold boom so far to spin off its gold projects.
