Just a quick reply ( can't miss the joy of seeing my money diappear in today's blood bath lol):
1. Many already existing plants around feysville and it would only be a short trip to the third party plant IMO.
2. No cash usually is required to start off feysville. We just need some earth movers to start putting gravel on trucks!!!
