I am not offering an opinion on SKR one way or the other but you are correct they are restricted to operating for about 6 months of the year only (Jul - Dec)
However I beleive this is only the case during exploration due to the cost involved in building infrastructure to allow all year access cann no be justified. If a resource of a large enough to be mined was found this would be a different situation
