gold (isabella)

Just read the gold area at isabella close to peelwood.. this is fantastic for ssc.. i loaded up in this company only for peelwood, but didnt go in depth with their gold ann.
Really does put a kicking edge to SSC.
have to modify the plant for it.. their intersections aver extremely close to surface which saves a heap of cash.. its easy money if enough good intersections are made at shallow depth.

this definatly would go well with the valuation..
Did a hypothetical cost value for gold.

If they can get a resource of 50,000 OZ at near surface mineralization, i wouldn't think it would be more than $200
per tonne to mine, that being +2g per tonne.

going by gold these days, lets deduct $300 from current price of 1200 AUD per oz.
so @ $900 profit per tonne x 50,000 Oz over 5 yrs is
45M profit / 5 = 9M per yr...

their whole peelwood mine is producing 13-15M per yr..

They will be spending day and night on this gold prospect given the opportunities it can deliver..
