Good article today in the Financial Rebiew about gold stocks and how they have had the wrong end of the stick. Basically summarising the cost per ounce factor coming through.
I do no think it would be wise, to be depending on the next quertley from ALD in regard to willing the SP back up.
General maliase in the market. With a few new heads at ALD, I thought the goal was to better infrom shareholders and ramp up the amrketing campaign.
Without the word getting out of ALD's potential, it wont show up on anyones radar.Directors exercising options, board members selling large parcels, no strong communication (even in regard to aerial conveyor)thigns do not look well.
Hard to imagine that a few years ago, prior to gold being poured and exploration results and with gold at 450 an ounce, ALD got up to 80cents.
The panic button is waiting to be pressed.
If the company cant reply back to emails or just respond in general, it wont be rubbing the shareholder the right way. Basic service morals. Piss people off, keep them uninformed and they will take their money else where.
I still hold ALD and these subjective comments about profit taking for CGT,manipulation etc. do nothing to appease the fact that ALD has dropped over 30% within a month.
Maybe I am too much of a beliver to take my money else where, but damn, the frustration is edging towards the sell button.
