yep those costs include everything even govt royalties
they're a thinly traded stock atm but when the market cottons on to them again they will surge imo
Toronto is the home exchange and the last 4 night have traded 1.8M, 2m, 300k+ and bugger all on Friday but up to 33.5c. It won't take much demand to push higher imo and I'm not ramping. Not connected with the co. but I have spoken to them and they are totally upfront.
