yup, Pretty much my views on gold also,
When and if gold starts to rise again, I might look at taking a low risk slice of the profit.
But until then, lots of better places to make easy money.
One thing that is obvious about gold-bugs, they are not able to learn anything from the past and so they keep repeating the same mistakes over and over again.

That is very dangerous wildthing_2000. I'm very dissatisfied with the current performance of gold. But the fundamentals have never been better for gold. I've just stopped watching gold now. But I have a very decent holding in KCN - far higher than just an "insurance" level. I believe at some stage gold is going to take off. It will probably hit us all by surprise. Could be next week. Could be next year. I certainly wouldn't suggest being out of gold stocks. I believe right now the establishment are loading up in gold stocks - which explains the solid performance in view of a gold price that is not doing much.
