Hopper, from my recollection the quarterly is required by the following end of month so in this case the end of January. CGM has been late on some quarterlies though and this can end up in suspension until the report is finalised. However, I believe Randal and the team are far more organised and financial now than in the past.

Also their need to disclose financials depends on whether they are registered with the ASX as a miner/producer or an explorer. Hope that helps
