Thanks for that Slick. Fascinating to consider the possible effect of three main points
1. Gold purchased = gold held i.e. the removal of paper gold.
2. The undermining, or even removal, of the power of the London and US banks to control the price of gold.
3. The easy access given to purchase gold by a quarter of the world's population.

I don't have the expertise in this area but IMO the possibility of this happening can only enhance the SP of genuine gold producers.
