still don't think it justifies the further delay in the amalgamation.

why the hold up? zijin/bidco knew there were dissenting holders ahead of time, they knew that the 10c would be swiftly rejected by the majority of non zijin holders yet they used the 50% voting clause to pass it so they knew even further out it would be passed
yet now we get an update saying more delays despite last week getting an update saying it'll be done within the week....they should just stick to not giving timelines, they've never hit one
