It is my guess [with no facts] that there will be more dumping by Z early next week to get the share price to under .07 so that in the next dismal offer to dissenting % will again push the "we are soooo good to you lot offering 30/40/50/60% above the average price for last 3/6 months"
Z will be calculating the odds on letting the court decide or what the next offer should be to shut us up.
