On 31 October, it was expected to be done within a week, no doubt NKP sought this confirmation, and being so imminent I’m sure that our “independent” directors thought they didn’t need to ask the question???

The company then refer to an older announcement, in 25 October, which surely is superceeded given there were issues and is contrarian to what was expressed on 31 October

Therefore, once again, it all stinks to high hell and the “independence” is murky at best!!!!!
