Hi From,
Initially I must admit I watch the price of gold all the time - hourly or much more frequently.
If I wake up at 2 am, and I often do, I get up, switch the PC on, and check the price of gold and the US markets.
And that's utterly stupid!
You don't need to see what gold is trading at right now, nor today, nor this week nor next.
All you need to do is watch the longer term trend, beit weekly or monthly or yearly.
If you do that, the whoopee up and downs each night/day are clearly immaterial - and they are.
It's the underlying force driving the market that you need to assess.
So, it doesn't matter if Kitco isn't working.
It's immaterial.
And I'm not going to get up at 2am this night!
Pigs fly.
bye
dub
ps. buy some gold, eh.
