didn't someone post a transcript of a court case months ago ? i take it that the court ruling involved the ownership transfer of these shares from one party to another. the "new owner", as ruled by the courts, is now the seller - going by the diluted holdings from the 2009 annual report to the 2010 annual report top20 list.

if this is correct then there is nothing to worry about. the "new owner" just likes cash-in-hand whilst we jockeys like the multi-bagger potential, over the course of the next 18 months, in MCO script.
