Posted in another thread in either GOR or EVN forum that AUD weakness / movements are now just as important as the gold price for these equities - perhaps even more so.
AUD has had a little bit of a bounce today.
I wouldnt worry though, AUD chart looks awful and all the fundamentals pointing to even more weakness.
The announcement we're all waiting for; going from high grade explorer to actual small-mid producer will be a catalyst for a big share price move IMO.
I feel the explorers have been underperforming the producers on this recent run up. I dont have the exact numbers or charts to back that up - just a gut feel.
