Equipment to arrive early April, say by 10 April (I am glad that the Corona virus isn't holding things up)
Stripping & stockpiling say 3 weeks incl. getting equipment to site (should be able to complete stripping in a week, but i want some contingency)
Now can commencement off mining occur concurrently with construction of additional haul roads and drainage channels? (We will need the haul roads/ drainage for the wet season which i think starts in June) however there should be sufficient access currently without additional roads.

Add & extra week for any commissioning/ training of staff
Could mining start early May? (its a mostly Muslim country so no holidays i assume for Easter)

Also note there is still some additional equipment to arrive ( i assume this is not the mining equipment that JMC are supplying)
