Hi bitzer,
I don't think the sellers are in distress at all rather, they are setting a plot for "us" distressed small investors.
Think about this:
Assuming them (the sellers) knew the bad news in advance. They started selling from 2nd of April, if they were distressed; they would have dumped the shares way back then when the price was higher. The price was 10c higher than today's price. I don't think they would miss this simple calculation.
Now on the timing and volume, I have read through the two ANNs and I haven't found any problems with this company other than they didn't mention the cash costs. Why would they pick this time to dump the most of the last 21 days? The total volume traded for the last 21 days is 64 million shares compare to the volume traded the last two days 20 millions. Are they foolish? Otherwise why would they sell the most at the bottom price?
I certainly don't think they are that fool. It is very obvious that they are shaking the tree. Just my 2c.
