It's quite a thing:

Crude Inventories up --> Dow goes higher (earlier this year it sent the whole market tumbling)
Gas inventories up ---> Dow goes higher(earlier this year it sent the whole market tumbling)
Unemployment rate up ---> Dow goes higher (Initial jobless claims magically higher but last month down)
USA Fed Balance Budget Expected 50 billion...only got 6 billion (they have no money) ---> Dow goes up.

Don't worry guys...no matter what happens...USA markets are going up... news and reality are minor casualties in this "Emperor's new clothes" pantomime.
