Actually brooster it's the nickel that Panorama are interested in as that is the metal that GME's tenements are sitting on. One company I have shares in are primarily into copper but there happens to be small quantities of other metals, more like as secondary off shoots. Another one primarily into gold but they have found small quantities of lead, tin, zinc and platinum.
You are quite right about an MOU which isn't a done and dusted contract but when companies are talking to one another this still shows interest
