IAMGOLD OFFER ACCEPTED BY CAMBIOR SHAREHOLDERS
Toronto, Ontario, November 7, 2006 – IAMGOLD Corporation (“IAMGOLD” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that today the shareholders of Cambior voted overwhelmingly in favour of the proposed arrangement under the Companies Act (Quebec) by which IAMGOLD will acquire all outstanding shares of Cambior.

Up in New York trading on this news trading at equivalent $A11.94 - $1.195 at the 10-1 for IGD.
