gold pour at syama

Resolute Mining Limited is pleased to announce that it has poured the first gold from its
activities at Syama.
It is an important milestone in the ramp up of the operations at Syama.
The Company has been commissioning the non sulphide sections of the plant over the
past few months using the various low grade oxide and transitional stockpiles at the site
and the gold is from these sources. Further production is expected over the next few
months from these stockpiles.
The commissioning of the roaster and other sulphide sections of the plant is due to
occur during the March 2009 quarter with full operational ramp up to follow thereafter.
