PS I look forward to the next Fed meeting, December. I think they'll raise. More for credibility and post-elections reasons than for economic reasons. Without meaningful Euro and US government stimulus projects, eg. infrastructure, what's left? Everything central banks have done, eg. bond purchases, has had at best tepid effects on economies (often ultimately  reversed, while distorting asset prices); therefore, with nothing left: helicopter money looms.
