Frenzal I take your point - however the email content was passed on in good faith without any conjecture or comments from myself. I did reply to this email voicing my disappointment and the following email came back (for those interested).

"ALD poured a 15kg bar last week and should be doing another big pour this coming week. Remember, we are still ramping up the plant."

I can only gather by this second email that he was referring to only one particular bar being poured (the 4kg) - obviously the first email was typed very hastily and in all probability only referred to the most recently poured bar.
