The main thing that I got out of that report was that processing costs were forecast to be about $130 per tonne less for UG ore relative to OC ore.
I am supposing that this is due to the higher grade of the UG ore. Maybe it is also less refractory ie higher yield.
However, the current cost (say 750) is still substantially higher than the June 2008 forecasts, the reason(s) for which I am unable to determine. Note also the impact of higher fuel costs.
I think that I'll have a lot of questioned saved up for the next AGM.
