imo there'll be no Fed rate hike in Dec unless the Dow's going nuts. More likely no rate hike if it's off 500 and a rate cut if it's down 1000+ ... plus QE 5.0, cancellation of Fed balance sheet shrinking and massive devaluation of US$.Oh, and probably World War III
