The price of gold is really rocketing on the overnight markets. I was doing a quick valuation calc and while I was doing it it went from 3170 to 3180 an ounce AUD.
With a best-case scenario of 129K ounces of gold extracted at Munda for a fixed cost of extraction of 258.4M the current valuation of the Munda deposit sits at $1.16 per share - cash.
Dilution seems unlikely with cash from Jeffrey's Find to fund Munda development.
If the price of gold keeps heading north AWJ is going to be a multi multi-bagger in less than 24-46 months IMHO.
