The very high sell to buy ratio suggests institutional buyers are not interested in EVN. EVN over invested in new mines and now has poor returns versus capital invested. EVN couldn't give a dividend in good times. Only a big rise in gold prices and pruning of investing in new mines and cost cutting will bring a good rise in EVN sp.
